Moroccan food is describe as being sensual, and this
drink epitomises that view with its flavours and
texture.
300 - 400 ml cold milk (I use goat milk because it is
easier to digest, and it's more traditional)
1 Avocado
honey
orange blossom water (available from Indian/Middle Eastern grocers - Cortas is the best brand)
Put milk in a blender
Cut avocado in half, remove seed, spoon flesh into blender.
Add honey to taste
Blend until smooth.
Add a small amount (about half teaspoon) of orange blossom water. It's an acquired taste so do a small taste test first. Pulse blender to mix.
Drink immediately.
